How soon will I receive my jewellery?
Please allow two to three weeks between placing your order and receiving your jewellery. If you need your jewellery sooner, please contact Chameleon Designs first to check that we can complete your order within the timescales required.
What is your returns policy?
Each item of jewellery is handmade and many are one off originals, so we are unable to offer a returns policy based on anything other than a fault with the item.
How do I know which tiara to choose?
We are happy to advise on jewellery styles. For example, if you would like help choosing your tiara, you can email us a photograph of you, your dress and the hairstyle you are thinking of having, and we'll be happy to advise on styles which would suit you, or suggest a custom design to suit your outfit or theme.
I've seen something I like on the website, can I have it changed slightly or made to match my outfit or colour-scheme?
Yes, because each item of jewellery is handmade, colours and design changes can be made easily, as long as they are agreed on before you place your order.
